Tanya helped us buy our "new to us" home last June 2021. Before using Tanya, I had always went through a bank for financing. I can honestly say that after one day of dealing with Tanya, I was kicking myself for not working with her sooner. As a first time home buyer beginning the home buying process felt incredibly overwhelming. With super concise and clear explanations of types of mortgages we knew what was available to us. I’m honestly not sure where to even begin here with my review of Tanya and the Steenbeek mortgage team. They have successfully left me with the realization that mere words of thanks are not nearly enough. Being first time home buyers, my wife and I were not only clueless, but also filled with anxiety about the process. Tanya has been our rock throughout the entire process. I have not had my “hand held” through anything like this since I was a child. She made everything so easy to understand and gave us the confidence that our dreams could easily be a reality.
